Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Truth or Dare app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Funneldom, a company registered in Athens, Greece ("we", "us", or "our").

Truth or Dare is a free mobile party game that delivers truth questions and dares across two modes: Friendly (lighthearted, suitable for general audiences) and Spicy (mature content intended for adults). The App is available as a free download, supported by advertising.

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. The Spicy mode contains mature and suggestive content intended for adults. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed the Spicy mode, please contact us at apps@funneldom.com.

The App contains two content modes:

• Friendly — fun, lighthearted questions and dares appropriate for general audiences.
• Spicy — flirtatious and bold questions intended for adults. Content is suggestive but does not include explicit sexual material.

By selecting the Spicy mode, you acknowledge that you are 17 or older and consent to viewing mature content.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the App without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

All content in the App — including but not limited to questions, dares, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Funneldom and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acquire no ownership rights by using the App.

The App is free to download and use, funded by advertising through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during gameplay. You may be asked for consent to personalized advertising; declining will result in non-personalized ads being shown instead.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Questions and dares are generated for entertainment purposes only; we make no representations about their suitability for any specific group or situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Funneldom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including any harm arising from performing dares or disclosing information in response to truth questions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed €50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Funneldom only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you upon your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
